Currently Available Blocks
Use any of the following blocks to build the email template of your dreams! Additional blocks will continually be added as they are built out.
Add general content to your template. You can also insert Gravity Forms merge tags within the text.
Introduce new sections to your template. You can also insert Gravity Forms merge tags within the text.
Display the custom content that is added to the notification settings.
Add a customizable table of submitted form fields. Control colors, fonts, and spacing.
Add a custom image to your template. Control the alignment and width of the image.

Gravity Forms and custom merge tags
Gravity Forms Email Customizer adds a merge tags inserter to both Paragraph and Heading blocks, allowing for easy insertion of the data you need—just click the Gravity Forms icon and choose your tag. To accommodate templates used across multiple forms, we’ve introduced custom mapped tags, ensuring accuracy in data display.

Streamline your email communications with the global Email Customizer settings. These settings ensure a uniform look and consistent branding across all Gravity Forms notifications, enhancing your brand’s presence in every email.
Default Notification Template: Choose a default template to automatically apply to all notifications, providing a consistent brand experience right from the start.
Mapped Fields: Simplify data integration by configuring mapped fields that automatically populate relevant information across all forms and templates.
Custom Color Settings: Infuse your brand’s identity into every email by selecting default colors that will be used across your email templates, ensuring visual consistency.
SSL Verify – A crucial tool for developers, this setting is recommended for local testing of emails, enhancing the reliability of your development process.
Custom notification templates
In addition to setting a default global notification template, you can also select a specific template to use with each notification. If you do not want to have an email template attached to a notification, you can disable it here as well. This can be found at the very bottom of each Gravity Forms notification edit screen.
Map form fields to your custom mappings
Connect your mapped fields that you configured in the global settings for Gravity Forms Email Customizer. These connections are what populate the merge tags in your email templates, so be sure to set them up!

First, make sure you have added and activated your license in your dashboard on the Settings > Metaphor Licenses page in your dashboard. You can find your license on the License Keys page of your account dashboard.
Then, whenever an update is available, you’ll receive a notification within your WordPress dashboard. You can then click Update to automatically install the latest version and benefit from new features and improvements.
