Ditty News Ticker has three ways you can display your ticker. Do whatever best suits your need. You’re the boss.

Display using a shortcode

• Copy the shortcode that is generated on the edit page under the Shortcode column for the corresponding ticker
• Or, copy the shortcode within the post page of your ticker in the Shortcode metabox
• Paste the shortcode into you post, page or other custom post type

Display using a direct function

• Copy the function that is generated on the edit page under the Direct Function column for the corresponding ticker
• Or, copy the function within the post page of your ticker in the Direct Function metabox
• Paste the function as php into your theme or plugin where you would like it to display

Display using widgets

• Navigate to Appearance > Widgets
• Drag the Ditty News Ticker widget into one of your sidebars
• Select the ticker you would like to display
• Optionally, add a title to the widget and enable/disable the ticker title
• Save the widget
